Improvement: load times x 30 🚀

We noticed during a customer call that their dashboard was loading very slowly, while everything seemed fast on our side. This happens when many small database queries are executed instead of one optimised query, and it usually only shows up with larger datasets. After spotting this, we shifted priorities and managed to make load times up to 30x faster.

Improvement: pagination

We added pagination to the monitor overview pages (Websites, Servers and Cron jobs) so that you can choose whether you want to see 25, 50, 100 or 250 items at a time. This further improves the load time, especially if you have a large number of monitors.
