Semonto uses Paddle to manage and process our payments and subscriptions.
Managing your subscription to Semonto can be done via your subscription and billing page.
On this page, you can verify your current plan, how many monitors you have, and how the pricing is calculated for your usage. See also our pricing page.
Paddle, see paddle.com, is a payment provider handling all payments for Semonto, including our subscriptions as one-time payments.
Semonto does not store payment data. Semonto is not PCI-certified. Paddle is PCI DSS and SOC 2 certified. See Paddle
Semonto offers a trial of 14 days. No credit card or payment data is required.
You can enter your VAT number into your subscription if you run a business.
You can do this when you start your Semonto subscription or on the subscription page in Supervisor.
Semonto will generate an invoice for every payment. The invoices will be emailed and listed on the billing page in Semonto.
To update your payment method, please log into your Semonto account. Go to the Subscription page and hit the update payment method.
You can cancel your Semonto subscription via the Semonto web app. Log in, go to the subscription section and click the Cancel button. Your account will stay active for the period paid for and won’t renew after.
